Benefits Administration Coordinator

Role Overview:

This role will manage the Benefit and HR billing process, vendor payments, track invoices, coordinate with the finance and AP teams, maintain Benefits budget and assist the Total Rewards team with reporting and administrative duties. The position reports into the Global Benefits Director but will take work direction from Regional Benefits Leads.

About the Role

  • Process global benefit and HR vendor payments accurately and timely.

  • Investigate issues and answer inquiries internally or from vendors.

  • Manage monthly reconciliation invoices and vendor audits.

  • Monitor and work closely with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Procurement and other internal operations teams to ensure payments are properly processed and paid.

  • Lead procurement process and set up new vendors in the ARIBA system

  • Work with Regional Benefit Leads and maintain global benefit budget and renewal trackers.

  • Assist with project management and support for HRIS tickets and project completion.

  • Participate in team projects supporting global Total Rewards team goals and initiatives.

  • Other duties may be assigned, including system testing, communication material support and website administration.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative function.

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.

  • Fully competent in Google & Microsoft applications, with advanced level experience in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Experience with Ariba or similar procurement system and with Workday or other HRIS.

  • Able to process a wide variety of tasks with considerable volume.

  • Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Able to work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Team player with effective interpersonal skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
