We seek a talented MDR Partner Manager to identify, manage, and grow relationships with strategic MDR partners for Trellix solutions. This role will be the external face of our MDR partners and shape business value for them, Trellix, and our mutual customers.

Our highly collaborative team works across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of our partner MDR services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be critical in driving revenue growth and enhancing our security offerings through best-in-class partner engagement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate natural relationship building, possess a broad and deep understanding of the cybersecurity and services market, and exemplify relentless execution and delivery.

The Strategy & Services team at Trellix is a bridge between our partners, customers, and the business. We own core strategic programs and service delivery. We are nimble, work quickly, and adapt. We span all aspects of the business, influence company direction, and drive key business decisions.

About the Role:

  • Establish and foster multi-tiered business relationships with key MDR partners, guiding them towards preferred commitment to our solutions and services.

  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve commitment and revenue targets for our MDR offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with our Sales and Sales Management teams to align MDR partner strategies with our business goals.

  • Collaborate with a virtual team comprising Sales, Marketing, and Technical resources to drive partner pipeline creation and conversion, maximizing partner program benefits.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Channel, and Sales Operations teams for MDR partnership activation and delivery.

  • Oversee target account mapping and planning activities, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting across geos.

  • Facilitate partner enablement at both the partner and local (end-user account) levels.

  • Work with Partner and Field Marketing teams to involve MDR partners in local field marketing activities.

About You:

  • 7 years of experience managing partnerships or business development, preferably within the cybersecurity segment.

  • Deep understanding of the security marketplace, particularly in MDR and endpoint security solutions.

  • Proven partnership experience with a track record of establishing and growing partner relationships.

  • Strong knowledge of reseller channels, distribution strategies, and relevant regulations.

  • Ability to develop strategic and tactical plans that deliver tangible market value.

  • Organized, self-sufficient, and accountable.

  • Comfortable working in a remote-friendly environment.
